Returns & Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to apply for a return/exchange and/or refund. Please email us at support@soma-athens.com - our team will assist you further on.

Domestic Returns (Greece):

For Returns:

a) BOX NOW return label: 5€ 

b) DHL express service:

-mainland: 10€ 

-islands with ACS/DHL (whichever available): 14€

c) Return your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

For Exchanges:

a) BOX NOW return & reshipment labels: 7€ for both labels

b) DHL express service:

-mainland: 17€ 

-islands with ACS/DHL (whichever available): 28€

c) You return at your own cost and we ship the exchange item to you: If you wish to you return at your own cost the cost of the reshipment cost is based on our domestic shipping rates. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

Europe:

For Returns:

a) DHL return label: 20€.

b) Return at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

For Exchanges:

a) DHL return & reshipment labels: 27€ for both labels

b) You return at your own cost and we ship the exchange item to you: If you wish to you return at your own cost the cost of the reshipment is 15€. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

USA:

For Returns:

a) DHL return label: 32€. Please email us at support@soma-athens.com so we can assist you with your return.

b) Return at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

For Exchanges:

a) DHL return & reshipment labels: 57€ for both labels

b) You return at your own cost and we ship the exchange item to you: If you wish to you return at your own cost the cost of the reshipment is 30€. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.

Rest of the World:

For Returns:

DHL return label: 40€. Please email us at support@soma-athens.com so we can assist you with your return.

For Exchanges:

DHL return & reshipment labels: 77€ for both labels

Important:

Requesting a cancel of order and refund right after purchase has a refund processing fee of 3€. This happens because our merchants charge us refund processing fees.

Faulty items received are eligible for returns. Your have 14 calendar days to apply for a return - our customer service will guide you through all the necessary steps.

Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or not in their original condition will not be refunded.

We need 15 calendar days to process refunds. Please allow a few days for the amount to reflect into your payment method/bank account.

Only two returns are allowed per order - exceptions apply in case of faulty or defected items.

Some made-to-order items like ceramic vases are not eligible for returns unless a faulty item was received.
